They do a good job. I would recommend the burrito bowl as it gives you the best option for customizing your flavors. I generally prefer the steak over the chicken or ground beef. They do a really good job with catering as well. The taco bar is about the easiest thing you can do for a party of 10 or more.
Our server, George was incredible. We visited on a busy Friday night and watched as he sprinted around the restuarant, doing the work of 3 if not more than 3 people! Give that man a raise.

The food is great. The service is always fast and friendly. It's a great value for what you pay. I would give it 5 stars if they would either answer their phones for take-out orders or create an online ordering system. Getting take-out from Taco Mama is near impossible. There have been times where I have tried to call their number 10+ with only getting the busy signal every time. Please fix this!
