Our favourite Indian restaurant on the North Shore. Food is great, staff are always super friendly. It gets busy Friday nights so plan ahead. Great for takeout, delivery (use their website to order) or dine-in. Highly recommended!
Let me preface this review by stating I am not a fan of Indian cuisine overall.The vegetable samosas were large, packed with filling and decently flavoured. They were fried very well, cooked through yet not being oil saturated. The Chicken Tikka Masala was packed with flavour, with a nice thick sauce, large chunks of white meat chicken, and a lot of vegetables. The restaurant offers not just mouth watering food but also some delicious quirky cocktails!The chicken was very well done and juicy but the lamb was a lil too chewy and hard for our preference. The owner was prompt enough to have our dish rectified which was a nice gesture. The flavours are amazing and the spice levels are just perfect for their curries.Their spinach naan breads are a must have!
