Today was terrible. I was on lunch and ordered me a simple burger. Wanted it to be like school days, spread and pickles. Did I get what I ordered NO. After asking me 3 times do you want lettuce, no, do you want onion, No and what do I get,a burger with , tomato ? and onion ??
Drive thru is bizzy but moves fast. If you are going to dine in and park make sure you have a way out if the drive thru gets backed up. They shoreted me an order of fry's called customer service and the sent me out a gift card for a free meal. Way to go on the CS side. In n out has the freshest burgers around. You have to give it a try and don't forget the secret menu items.

One of my fav places to go while on lunch.The lines look long but the staff is so efficient it hardly feels like I'm waiting long. The staff is also VERY friendly. I go there often so I get recognized and it just feels good to leave my workplace and head over there and feel welcomed. 5/5!
