Hue Thai is just one of those small Vietnamese fooderies in a small strip mall, but if you're looking for a delicious scrambled egg sandwich in the morning (or any time) they make one of the better in the San Gabriel Valley. Very well organised and convenient restaurant. They serve generous portions and for fair rates. I loved the menu very much and the waiters were very affable and informative. I recommend this place.

I got premade spring rolls with pork, chicken and shrimp as well as an egg Bahn mi. I spent $11. Both were delicious and stuffed well. The baguette was so good and fresh. They must be made in house of picked up locally. Highly recommend this place for a quick lunch.
